To discuss issues faced by the contact center industry, Stephen Riddell, COO of online blinds store Blinds.com will speak at the Contact Center Conference in Orlando, FL on April 23rd to 26th.
The event will focus on tools and insights that can help companies create customer-centric culture that inspires excellence and drive business results.
According to a press release, Riddell will hold pre-conference session on the topic “Lemming or Leader: You Decide.” He will speak about how Contact Centers can achieve “Break-Out” results by growing passionate leaders that thrive in a culture of continuous skill development and outstanding customer experience delivery.
