Thanks to a distribution agreement between Texan contact center solution provider TelStrat and Ingram Micro (News - Alert) Asia, Ltd., the Asian arm of the world's largest technology distributor, TelStrat's call recording and workforce optimization (WFO) solution portfolio, Engage Suite is now available throughout Singapore, The Philippines, and Vietnam. The agreement allows Ingram Micro channel partners in these countries to sell and distribute this industry-leading product line.
Based on cutting edge technology, TelStrat's Engage Suite makes capturing customer interaction, knowledge mining call content, maximizing agent performance, and streamlining workforce management affordable to any organization. The modular, component-based product line provides an integrated, total solution for optimizing contact center operations.
TelStrat's Engage Suite can be deployed from single server sites to large enterprise and cloud-based environments. Engage Suite supports a broad range of voice technologies such as SIP, VoIP, TDM, analog and radio ? if necessary, even all on one server.
The distribution agreement will enable the Ingram Micro channel partners to offer call recording and WFO solutions along with Cisco (News - Alert) products in a single package to small-medium call centers, large enterprises, or to cloud-based call centers.

TelStrat will also work with Ingram Micro to promote VAR sales, supply pre-sale and post-sale technical support services, and provide solution training for Engage products.

Few months back, TelStrat officially released its latest Engage Cloud offering specifically for contact center outsourcers, multi-tenant surroundings and Software-as-a-Service hosted providers. A key group of call recording and WFO capabilities are offered by Engage Cloud and have been optimized for public or private cloud implementations.
