Telax’s hosted contact center solution has been adopted by The Neat Company (Neat), a provider of digital filing systems for the home and small business.
Neat selected the solution for its features such as flexibility, functionality, and ability to evolve with Neat’s rapid growth. The flexible and cost-effective contact center deployment by the Telax Solution allows for easy access by both remote and local agents.
Neat does not have to invest in any hardware purchases or management because the call center is implemented and hosted by Telax. The company leverages the Telax advanced contact center to concentrate efforts and capital on other ventures.
Recently, the company experienced high growth due to its rapid product development and was thus searching for a solution that could keep pace with its growth requirements. After searching for a solution in the market, the company decided to deploy Telax and is now able to offer superior service to its customers.
