Promero has released its integrated solution for complex business processes for call center and customer service centers. The reseller and hosting provider of call center and CRM software has boosted its cloud based call center software, Oracle (News - Alert) Contact Center Anywhere with RiverStar's CE suite.
RiverStar Software is a technology specialist delivering customer interaction and web self service solutions. Consisting of four core modules- Agent, Web, Studio and Proactive Response- the RiverStar CE Suite enables service organizations a technology platform that is designed to support easy process for designing, launching and managing customer interactions.
Administrator can leverage the RiverStar CE suite to create problem solving or sale processes in a user friendly graphical interface.
Additionally, proper call routing of the customer's call to the right agent is provided thanks to the solution that is completely integrated with the call center solution's ACD.
Also offered by Promero is the Salesforce CRM CTI (News - Alert) connector for Salesforce users who benefit from advanced customer relationship management software that is integrated with a call center software and business process application.

The company was recently in news for offering its proprietary CTI connector solution free of charge to Salesforce CRM users. Promero's CTI connector for Oracle Contact Center Anywhere is approved by Salesforce for its AppExchange Marketplace.
