Provider of cloud routing solutions for the direct response industry Connect First has announced a partnership with OnBrand24, a provider of domestic call center services.
OnBrand24 offers comprehensive inbound and outbound call center services across B2B and B2C markets. The company specializes in customer service, order processing and help desk for the ecommerce, retail, healthcare, technology, business services and more.
The company is now a Certified Cloud Routing Destination for Connect First.
“We are thrilled to be partnered with OnBrand24,” said Darren Prine, vice president of sales at Connect First, adding that OnBrand24 is a “true leader” within their industry, and the company believes that they will provide “tremendous value” to cloud routing clientele.
Connect First’s Cloud Routing, a hosted solution, is designed to enable intelligent load balancing of inbound calls to multiple contact centers. With Connect First’s ACD, the company said, cloud routing customers can better manage multiple call centers.
The solution is designed to enable real-time monitoring and adjustment of call routing.
The company boasts of a lower cost to route calls, more intelligent call routing, better answer rates and more comprehensive reporting and monitoring. Customer will also have access to a “window” into the productivity and resource availability of multiple call centers, officials said.
Connect First is software as a service (SaaS (News - Alert)) telecommunications and cloud contact center software provider. Earlier in June, TMC named Connect First as a recipient of the 2013 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award from CUSTOMER magazine.
